It is organized in three groups: properties for sale (the real estate, whether licensed, formerly licensed, WABO-ready, or marketed for AFH use), operating AFH businesses for sale (the license history, residents, and contracts, sold with or without the building), and homes for lease to operators. Each listing shows its licensing status, whether the business conveys, the listing broker, and its source — NWMLS, RMLS, BizBuySell, or direct from the seller.

The DSHS license never transfers with a sale. Whatever is bought — house, business, or lease — the new operator qualifies for a license of their own through the Change of Ownership process. That is why each listing here carries a licensing-status label: an operating home with residents, a formerly licensed home, and a house that has merely passed the WABO checklist are three different purchases.
