Real Property Planning lists independent professionals so readers have a place to start. This page states exactly how listings work, so no one reads more into a listing than it means. Last reviewed September 27, 2026.

What a listing means

A listing means the professional appears in the directory. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a guarantee, or a statement about the quality of their work. Every listed professional is an independent business, responsible for their own services, fees, advice, licensing, and client relationships. Listings are free. No one pays to be listed, and no one can pay for a better position. Directories are arranged by category and then alphabetically by last name.

How professionals are added

Every professional listed on the site, on the main directory and on AFH Club, is someone the site's owner has met with personally. Meeting someone is how a listing starts; it is not an evaluation of their work. Professionals can ask to be considered through the contact form. Being considered does not guarantee a listing.

What is and is not checked

Real Property Planning does not investigate, audit, or monitor listed professionals. License numbers, business details, and descriptions are shown as the professional supplied them. Removal

A professional can ask to be removed at any time. A listing may also be removed if its details can no longer be confirmed or if it no longer fits these standards.
